Summer is finally here! Have you created your bucket list yet? Here are my tips and tricks for creating the best summer bucket list.
Think about what is there to do where you live. Browse the internet, see what events are going on, and see if you’re interested in any. Something I personally like to do when I am brainstorming is to think of all the goals I have during that time. If I have a place I have been wanting to go, if there is a concert I wanted to attend. Think, think, think…
- Share and get ideas from others
I love sharing my ideas with my husband, or friends. When you’re a family, the bucket list is more of what you and the rest of the family want/ can do, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. If your husband wants to go to a game somewhere, find a different thing that you like to do that’s on your bucket list around that area.
- Make a list
Obviously, it is important to make a list. I usually prefer to make a list when I am brainstorming so everything its written down and I don’t forget anything. Make sure you make a list where you can check off what’s done and what’s left. That keeps you motivating.
- Be realistic
We all want to go to Italy, or Paris but sometimes , whether it be because of time or money, we can’t. Make sure that your bucket list is full of things you can do. When you start checking out those boxes you’ll feel accomplished and happy. That is one of the best feelings ever.
Some other great ways to get inspired are; to look online for different bucket lists, categorize your goals, or list them according to the importance you think they have to you.
